Flood Posts in West Jakarta Intensified

Flood post remains prepared in West Jakarta. One of the posts is prepared on Jalan Layang, Jembatan Lima, Tambora Sub-district, West Jakarta.

Joko Suparno, Vice of Tambora Sub-district, admitted that the preparation is done as an anticipation of inundation in eleven urban villages in Tambora.

"We provide the post together with the three pillars. I want Tambora free from inundation," he said.

Flood Post Prepared in Warakas Urban Village

Heriyanto Adi Nugroho, West Jakarta Metro Police Chief, admitted his side has prepared rubber boats, tents, and medical teams from police.

"Our equipment are spread in West Jakarta area. We want to contribute by deploying our personnel in each post," he added.

Moreover, M Asmi, Kodim 0503 Commander, stated that his side has trained soldier to evacuate the flood victims.
